Is there an approval process?

No. The application is how we get your details right, not a gate. Registration opens the moment you submit.

What if my city fills before I register?

Seats cap at twenty and the cap is real - coaching, roleplay, and working your own numbers stop working past twenty people. If your first-choice city fills, we will contact you about your second choice or the next date.

I want to send more than one person. How does that work?

Team pricing starts at three seats from the same company and is set on a call. Note your team size on the application and Roger will contact you directly about seats for your crew.
