The terms on which Roger Wakefield, LLC provides halowatertour.com and the HALO Certified Water Quality Expert training.
Effective . Last updated .
These terms are between you and Roger Wakefield, LLC, 2813 Sachse Rd, Wylie, TX 75098, United States. By using halowatertour.com, submitting an application, or attending a class, you agree to them.
If you are applying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that company, and "you" means both you and that company.
halowatertour.com describes a three-day training program, publishes water quality information, and takes applications for seats. It is informational and it is not advice about your specific home, your specific water, or your specific business.
Submitting the application form does not create a booking. It starts a conversation. We review applications, and we may accept or decline any application for any lawful reason, including that a class is full or that the training is not a fit for the applicant.
A seat is confirmed when we confirm it to you and payment terms are agreed. Class size is capped at twenty seats. Published pricing is $5,000 per seat, and team pricing for three or more seats from the same company is agreed on a call.
Payment terms are agreed when your seat is confirmed. Before you pay, we will confirm to you in writing what applies if you later need to cancel, move to a different city, or send someone else in your place. Those written terms govern your booking, and if anything in them conflicts with this page, they control.
If you have already booked and you are not sure where you stand, email [email protected] and we will tell you.
We may reschedule or cancel a class, for example if minimum enrolment is not met or for circumstances outside our control. If we cancel a class you booked, we will offer you a seat at another date or a refund of what you paid us for that seat.
The training is three days, delivered in person over three consecutive days, 8:00am to 5:00pm daily. It covers water science and certification, product knowledge and presentation, and selling water treatment. Nothing is installed at any class.
| A seat | What that means |
|---|---|
| Price | $5,000 per seat. Team pricing from three seats at the same company is agreed on a call. |
| Length | Three consecutive days, 8:00am to 5:00pm each day. |
| Class size | Capped at 20 seats. |
| Included | Instruction, the certification, a water testing kit, all course materials, and lunch each day. |
| Not included | Travel, lodging, and any equipment you later choose to buy. |
| Not required | No equipment purchase, no territory, no exclusivity, no franchise fee. |
On completion you may be issued the HALO Certified Water Quality Expert credential, which is issued by HALO Water Systems. Completion and the credential are subject to attendance and to passing the certification exams, one at the end of each day.
This credential is not a licence. It does not authorise you to perform plumbing work, and it does not replace any state or local licensing, registration, permit or continuing education requirement that applies to you. Licensing is handled by your state and nothing in this training changes that. It is also not a substitute for any trade association credential you hold.
Nothing on this site is a promise, projection or guarantee of revenue, profit or business results. Every financial figure published here, including on the revenue per truck calculator, the profit margin page and the $300,000 page, is an illustration built from stated assumptions, and every assumption is shown on the page so you can substitute your own.
Figures attributed to HALO Water Systems are reported by HALO and are not projections of any attendee's results. Your results depend on your market, your team, your pricing and how you run the process. Buying a seat does not cause revenue.
Water quality figures published on this site are taken from each named water system's own published report or website, with the utility and the year attached. Water quality changes, utilities revise their reports, and some utilities publish no figure at all.
We publish this information so you can go and read the source yourself, and we link to those sources. It is not a substitute for a current report from your own utility or a test of the water in a specific building, and we do not warrant that any figure remains current on the day you read it.
Nothing on this site is health advice, and nothing here says any water is safe or unsafe to drink. That is not a determination we make.
